ABOUT 

ILC Business Coaching is an unit of ILC Associates, a cross-border consultancy led by its founder William Chun.  William has 30 years of successful professional career as a management consultant of a premier global strategy consultancy, a fast-track executive at the group headquarter & key affiliates of LG (a Korean major business group,) and as an entrepreneur of various cross-border start-ups and project companies. 

Starting his career as a management consultant, William complemented coaching and mentoring to his specialties when he was designated as the instructor of executive leadership training of LG 20 years ago. Since then William has coached expat and Korean executives while pursuing his consulting and executive career.  He offers a unique coaching experience by combining his deep business consulting expertise with formal coaching methodologies to provide practical and maximum value to his business clients.
